This single frame can be used either as a lining with plant on stops or casing made from a solid piece of timber milled out to take the door thickness either (FD30) 44mm or (FD60) 54mm and they come with combined heat and cold smoke seals ready rebated into the frame with (FD30) 15mm or (FD60) 20mm.

These are supplied ready grooved with 1 x W15 x D4mm for FD30 and then 1 x W20 x D4mm for FD60 grooves to accommodate heat and cold smoke seals. The frame comes ready to suit your individual door size.

Please note that the frame maybe either a flat pack lining with loose stops or a rebated frame depending on stock availability.

Frames are carefully checked for twisting, cupping and bowing and relief is added to the reverse of larger width frames.
