I thought they couldn't do the door I needed as I couldn't find it on the site but ended up totally just ringing them up and finding out they can do custom requests and for the same lead time. Fantastic.

The door arrived very well packed with very clear instructions.
The door fitter (who had the correct certification for fitting fire doors) had no trouble fitting it following the instructions given.
The door closure could be adjusted easily so that the door closes without slamming, but shuts firmly. It had all the fitments attached (lock, letter box, viewer). It also came with five keys. The glass had the correct compliance stamp on it. The door had the correct label stating the class of fire door and that it complied with the current regulations. The price was very good as I looked around to see which doors met the regulations and also looked nice. I am very impressed with the service as after filling in the form on line I was contacted to check hand of opening and measurements. It is an excellent fit.
