The Briton 1120B is a slimline multi-power closer that can be adjusted to provide power sizes 2-4 and is supplied with back-check as standard. Based on a cast aluminium body with a hardened steel rack and pinion mechanism, this closer is available with a slide-in trim-plate cover or a classic square (C) all over cover which conceals all fixings and adjustment screws to reduce the risk of vandalism and tampering (also available with rounded soft-line (S) all over cover to special order). All units have a 10 year performance guarantee for reassurance. CE Classification 482-4113.
– Adjustable EN power sizes 2-4 (door width 850-1100mm, and weight 40-80kg).
– Simple power adjustment by means of an Allen key at the end of the closer body.
– Individual controls for door closing speed from 180° opening through to final 15°, and latching speed in the last 15° of the closing cycle.
– Supplied with adjustable strength back-check as standard to minimise risk of damage to the door and frame.
– Tri-pack arm-set for regular (Fig 1), transom (Fig 61) and parallel mounting options (Fig 66). Universal handing.
– Fire tested to EN 1634-1: 2000, 2 hours on timber doors and 4 hours on steel doors (1120B trim-plate model only).
– Certifire Approved No. CF 388.
– CE marked to EN 1154. DoP on our website.
– Maximum angle of opening with controlled closing 180°.
– High quality hydraulic fluid with temperature compensation from -15°C to +40°C.
– Silver (SES) or satin stainless steel (SSS) all over cover or silver (SES) trim slide cover.
– Standard arm-set varies: forged steel screw thread arms with trim-plate models and flat form arms with covered variants.
– Optional adjustable hold-open arm-set available to special order to hold-open between 70° and 150° depending on the mounting application (not for use on fire door applications), silver finish only.
Delivery and Lead times
Standard Fire Door Delivery £95 for the first door with any additional door £25 each.
Double Doors £120 for the first double set with any additional set £50 each.
Bespoke orders dispatched usually within 2-3 weeks which take longer due to the manufacturing process and make up of the doors. You'll receive notifications by email or text on the latest status of your order.

Had a specific need for a fire-rated door that matched some existing doors in my house. Didn't think I'd find one easily online. My surveyor said I needed a fire door for the loft conversion. I found Premier Fire Doors online. I was a bit nervous to call, but the man on the phone was very kind. He asked me about my house, the type of wall, and helped me figure out the exact size and rating. The delivery was fairly quick, and the door does it purpose.
We needed some FD30 doors for a small commercial unit we're converting. got them to us quicker than expected. The quality of the doors and frames is spot on, really sturdy. Didn't need much hand-holding, just ordered, they delivered, and our builder fitted them without a hitch. If you just want good fire doors without a load of sales waffle, these are the chaps.
Had a few of our old office doors replaced with FD60s from Premier the lads who came to intall them were brilliant, really clean and tidy, minimal fuss. Ordered an FD30 glazed door for our office reception. There was a slight scratch on the frame when it arrived, probably happened in transit. Sent a photo to premier and they sorted a replacement frame really quickly, no quibbles. The door itself is excellent, really professional looking. Good to see a company stand by their product when there's a small issue.
